Please meet your Host Family Denise and Joseph Sanders, Jr. and Joanne Pittman.

Hey Family!!

Joanne and I are the children of Joseph Sr and Anne Sanders, Grandchildren of Henry Clay II and Nealie Sanders. Our Great Grandparents are George Benjamin and Emma Sanders. 

We currently reside in Muskogee, OK where we relocated (1967) after Dad had retired from the Air Force.  I moved away in ’75 but returned after Denise and I retired in 2021.  Joanne has a son (and our wonderful nephew) Raymon. Denise and I have an extended family of 4 sons (Joseph, Chris, Brandon and Micheal) and 1 Daughter (Danyel) plus 8 grandchildren.  We have been attending the Sanders’ Reunion off and on as early as 1983 in Denver, Co. Before that, I remember we had a lot of family gatherings in Denver or Arkansas.  I have wonderful memories of those times.

 We are looking forward to seeing and getting reacquainted with all the “regulars” and the new faces.  We are hoping you will join us for our 2025 get together and enjoy the fun events we are planning while giving everyone a great taste of Oklahoma.
