Registration/Check in:

• There will be snacks provided and an opportunity to reconnect and visit with the family upon your arrival in Tulsa. 
• The hotel check -in and registration time is 3:00 PM.
• The usual amenities are available i.e. free wi-fi, indoor/outdoor pool, business center, 24 hr. gym, etc.
